Delivery Terms & Conditions
• We offer the service to order assorted Vodka by the bottle. All bottles are available individually or a multiple thereof.
• You accept home delivery of ordered items. We strive to deliver your order within 3 working days, however for some premium brands and magnum bottles this will be longer due to their exclusive nature. Delivery charge is €7.50 per delivery in the Netherlands.
• Delivery charge for deliveries in Belgium, Luxemburg and Germany are €12,50.
Returns Policy
• Only unopened bottles can be returned.
• Email us which items you would like to return, with a valid return reason.
• We will respond to your email within 2 working days.
• Any charges incurred in returning your order will be at your own cost.
• Within 5 working days of receiving your return you will receive a refund into your account.
• Please contact us with any questions regarding the returns procedure.
Complaints
• Please email us with any complaints regarding delivery, order processing or specific products.
• Vodk.nl will respond to any complaint within 2 working days and do everything we can to ensure you remain a happy customer.
